Virtual office
At Square Root Business Centre we provide a virtual office package for small business who work from home but want the benefits of a business address, office, reception services, secretarial services and office equipment, without the expense of the additional office rental overheads and staffing costs.
The virtual office packages are also Ideal for companies with either national offices outside the London area or international offices who would benefit from an office in the area without the overheads, and room rental rates in a business environment at a fraction of the cost of most hotel rental rates.
We will supply you with your own telephone number which can be either connected to a voice mail box with remote access and/or diverted to your own phone number. Call diverts are charged to your account. The line can also be connected to a meeting room when hired with no installation costs. The first £20.00 of calls / diverts are included in the monthly premium. Additional calls will be charged at BT rates.
You will also receive a licence to use our premises as a postal address. The monthly premium includes £20.00 of postage. Mail will be forwarded first class unless second class is requested. If your monthly postage exceeds £20.00 we will invoice you the additional postage costs plus a 20% surcharge with your next monthly bill.
The package includes six hours Meeting Room hire per month.
For a monthly premium of £100.00 ex VAT.
The licence also allows you to use the Business Centres reception services which include:

- Franking
- Business lounge
- Fax/ fax to email facility
- Colour printing
- Wifi Internet access
- Typing
- Meeting room hire
- Hot desking
Please note that office hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, telephone calls outside these times will collected by answer machine and relayed when office hours resume.
It's now a monthly rolling license with a minimum three month term.
